Superb accommodation, a wonderful location, a great butcher in the village within walking distance, and a good pub opposite. There is lots to see and do in the area, we only stayed a weekend so we need to come back to see more.

A great location and a spotless cottage with all facilites. It was easy to get in contact with owner if there was an emergency, and we would consider staying there again.

I don't want to recommend this holiday in case it gets too popular and we cannot get booked in! Seriously, this was the best holiday decision we have made for a holiday for just the two of us and the dogs. A lovely cottage, fantastic locals and the area is just so beautiful. I cannot understand why anyone would want to go abroad when we have such wonderful places in this country.

I certainly could recommend our holiday to others seeking the same away-from-it-all experience, and the accommodation could not have been bettered. Being within close access to a friendly local pub meant we could dispense with use of the car in the evening if we wanted.

A great, relaxing location with various good walks. The cottage was amazing and felt comfortable and clean. An excellent holiday overall and I can't recommend it enough.

We vist every February, sometimes more often if we can. The location is perfect for us, lots of lovely walks, dog friendly and a pub on the doorstep - perfect!

A fabulous cottage, beautiful countryside with lots of great walks, dog friendly (a must!), and friendly locals. We almost feel like locals when we visit - this is my favourite holiday destination!

Our stay at Two Dales Cottages was out of this world, the cottage is fantastic and beautifully kept, and we had a very pleasant welcome from our hostess. Highly recommended and we are already booked for next year!
